Our strategy in hotel acquisitions also includes existing hotels that are attractively priced with potential for increased cash flow through improved asset and property level management, renovation, and strategic repositioning.

Our unique investment structure creates an opportunity for success in our investors whom we value as well as our guests. We are committed to projects that provide investors with monthly cash return and profit distributions as available throughout the year, while building long-term value in the lodging asset itself through annual principal reduction in loans as well as potential appreciation of the property.

Under the umbrella of individual investment entities, we continue to own and operate hotel properties with a total of 820 rooms consisting of approximately $23 million in annual revenue as of December 31, 2015. Our past successes enable us to continue to grow through hotel development, acquisition and resort development.
